DIVISION ORDER ANALYST - CONTRACT

Analyze title opinions, land contracts, operating agreements, oil and gas leases, broker reports, curative, well and regulatory documents, conveyances, probate and heirship data and other legal documents to determine ownership and lease burden relationships for production proceeds from oil and gas wells to set up ownership decks

Gather, organize, calculate, establish, analyze, verify, and maintain accurate revenue and joint interest billing divisions of interest from title opinions, mineral ownership reports, curative documents, and various agreements.

Determines interests and burdens associated with interests based on title analysis of deeds, assignments, purchase & sale agreements, probate documents, leases and royalty agreements.

Assists in updating DOIs for payouts and recompletions.

Verify WI/NRI on outside operated division orders

Assists with research, problem solving and other assigned special projects.

Respond to inquiries from mineral owners, titel attorneys and other third parties.

Minimum 7 years experience as a Division Order Analyst

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, QLS and SAP.
